These Terms do not replace or override any signed agreement between you and EKSTUDIO.

2. No Obligation or Guarantee of Engagement

Contacting EKSTUDIO, submitting a form, booking a discovery call, or making a payment does not guarantee acceptance as a client.

All services are subject to availability, review, and mutual agreement. EKSTUDIO reserves the right to decline or discontinue discussions at its discretion.

3. Services & Contractual Agreements

Professional services offered by EKSTUDIO are governed exclusively by one or more of the following, once executed:

• A Master Services Agreement (MSA)
• A Services Agreement (SA)
• One or more Statements of Work (SOWs)
• A Retainer / Subscription Addendum (if applicable)

These documents define:

• Scope of services
• Fees and payment terms
• Subscription behavior
• Deliverables, revisions, and timelines
• Intellectual property rights
• Termination and cancellation terms

In the event of any conflict, the signed agreement(s) shall prevail over these public Terms.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments made through the website may be processed via third-party payment providers (such as Stripe).

• Subscriptions may be billed on a recurring basis
• Billing, cancellation, pause, and refund terms are governed solely by the applicable signed agreement
• No refunds are provided except as expressly stated in writing in an executed agreement

EKSTUDIO does not guarantee uninterrupted access to services due to factors outside its control.

5. Intellectual Property & Website Content

All website content, including text, visuals, layouts, branding, and portfolio materials, is the property of EKSTUDIO or its licensors.

You may not:
